Yes, the minimum age requirement for the retreat is 18+
Solo occupancy accommodates one person and shared occupancy accommodates two. When booking shared occupancy, you are required to bring the second guest.
Yes, you will be added to the WhatsApp chat a month before the retreat to introduce yourself and get to know the other ladies.
The days are yours to do as you wish and in the evenings we come together over a shared meal, activities and book chats. There is one planned outing which is totally optional as well as one organised creative workshop.
We suggest a book for the retreat that will be the book chat for the final evening. You are encouraged to read it either before or during, but it's not compulsory if it's not for you.
Yes! To help spread the cost we offer payments in 3 instalments, including your deposit.
The food will vary on the locations and time of year endeavouring to create a farm to table experience supporting local farmers & businesses.
Yes, dietary preferences/restrictions are catered for. Please contact us no less than 30 days prior to the retreat start date.
Whilst we adore our furry friends and bring them along on all our adventures, the beauty of this retreat is to let go of your everyday responsibilities. So, in keeping with this we ask that you leave your animal friends in the care of someone back home.
